Split personality...

Last Thursday and Friday while back at Uni I ate badly, took no exercise with the 12 hour days away from home and couldn't contemplate getting my trainers out.

Today and yesterday, I've eaten clean, done double workouts and loved it, loved it, loved it.

What makes the difference? (Apart from me and a routine!) I don't know whether it's because I'm very suggestible or not disciplined enough but am working on it.

However, I do know I'm going to hurt tomorrow due to the fact I haven done nigh on 200 squats in one way or another. Oooh!
